This Green Juice Recipe is packed with kale, cucumbers, celery, lemon, ginger, and apples! Loaded with fruits and veggies, this juice is healthy and delicious!

1 bunch curly kale (roughly chopped)
1 large lemon (peeled and quartered)
1 inch ginger (peeled)
1 large cucumber (cut into long strips)
2 large granny smith apples (cored and sliced)
4 whole celery stalks

Steps:

  • Wash and prep veggies.
  • Juice in order listed.
  • Optional - strain through a sieve (if you don't like pulp)
  • Drink immediately and enjoy!*

5 to 6 ounces baby spinach leaves, rinsed
2 apples, halved and cored
2 medium carrots, scrubbed
2 celery sticks
1/2 large lemon
One 2-inch piece ginger, peeled
Ice

Steps:

  • Pass the spinach, apples, carrots, celery, lemon juice and ginger through a juice maker, according to the manufacturer's directions. Pour the juice into 2 ice-filled glasses and serve.

2 bunches celery, washed and chopped
100g baby spinach, chopped
handful kale leaves
3 Granny Smith apples, chopped
juice of 3 limes
3cm fresh ginger, chopped
150g lettuce leaves
2 x 30g packets fresh mint leaves

Steps:

  • Place all of the chopped vegetables, fruit and herbs in a juicer and blend on high. The juicer will remove any pulp and you'll be left with delicious, fresh juice.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy your healthy boost!
