- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together cornstarch and the water with a fork until smooth; whisk into simmering stock. Raise heat; return to a full boil. Boil 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in parsley; serve.

Remove bowl from heat. Add sweetened condensed milk, fine sea salt and vanilla; stir to blend. Stir in flaky sea salt and nuts. Spread in prepared pan, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour. Remove fudge from pan; cut into 1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 month.
