CHEESY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
Easy to make and good to eat! Sometimes I like this better with the broccoli cauliflower mixture than with the California blend.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Grease a 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole; set aside.
- Drain off all water from thawed veggies.
- Place drained, thawed veggies in a large bowl. Add ALL remaining ingredients.
- Mix everything well.
- Pour mixture into the casserole dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

A good friend of mine from college gave me this recipe. She served it when we came to her home for dinner. It makes a great side-dish for any meat dish.

Steps:
- Blend Cheese Whiz, milk, water, and soup.
- Heat until smooth.
- Place vegetables in greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle uncooked rice and onion flakes over vegetables.
- Pour sauce over all.
- Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350°F.
- If desired, you can double the vegetables but use the same amount of other ingredients.
CHEEZ WHIZ CARROTS
Steps:
- Boil carrots 10 minutes. Drain. Add soup, and Cheez Whiz. Stir to blend.
- Bake 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Melt butter and stir in crushed cracker crumbs to coat lightly. Top carrot casserole and bake 5-10 minutes longer.
