CHEESY RANCH CHICKEN PASTA
Cheesy Ranch Chicken Pasta is so addictive, you won't be able to have just one plate! Moist shredded chicken is paired with thick-cut crispy pieces of bacon and a creamy and cheesy ranch mixture on a bed of penne noodles for an amazing finish!

Steps:
- In a small bowl combine shredded chicken and dry ranch seasoning. (This is your chicken mixture.)
- To a large Dutch oven over medium heat, add the chicken broth, penne, and chicken mixture. Stir to combine and then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and then cover and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to your preference. There should still be some liquid in the pot when the pasta is done cooking.
- Add the cream cheese to the dutch oven and stir until most of the cream cheese has melted.
- Add the bacon and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir everything until cheese is fully melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. With whisk, stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- In 4-cup glass measuring cup, mix broth and whipping cream. Gradually stir broth mixture into saucepan. Increase heat to medium-high; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; reduce heat to medium. Stir in cream cheese. Cook until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in dressing mix.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce in bottom of baking dish; top with a layer of 3 noodles. On top of noodles, spoon half of the chicken, one-third of the bacon, 3 tablespoons of the green onions, 1 cup of the Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese and 1 cup of the sauce. Repeat, starting with noodles. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, cheese and bacon.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until noodles are tender and edges are bubbly. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes, and top with remaining green onions. Serve with ranch dressing.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish.
- Cook noodles in salted water as directed on package for minimum cook time. Drain; place noodles in large bowl.
- Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil until hot. Cook onion in oil until soft and translucent. Season lightly with salt. Add chicken broth; heat to simmering. Stir in cream cheese until melted and combined. Stir in 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of the ranch dressing mix. Pour mixture over noodles. Fold in chicken, bacon and frozen peas. Spread in baking dish.
- In small bowl, mix melted butter, bread crumbs and remaining 1 teaspoon ranch dressing mix until well coated. Spread over noodle mixture.
- Bake about 20 minutes or until top is crisp and sauce is bubbling. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- Cut bacon into narrow strips.
- In large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp.
- Drain bacon on paper towels, discard all but 2 T drippings.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rapid boil. Cook egg noodles at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, 7 to 9 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Crumble.

- Cook pasta or prepare tofu noodles according to package directions and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
