BASIC EASY CHICKEN WINGS
These are super easy wings that your crowd will love. This recipe will make a dinner for two or hors d'oeuvres for ten. Try your own variations with other sauces, spices, or peppers. Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.

Steps:
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Cook the wings 8 to 12 minutes on each side, until juices run clear. The larger pieces will take slightly longer to cook.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, and mix in the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Place wings in a large container with a secure lid. Pour sauce over the wings, and seal. Shake wings with the sauce until thoroughly coated.

AMAZING AND EASY CHICKEN WINGS
These chicken wings are surprisingly delicious for how few ingredients are involved! I made them for the first time at a football party, and within 10 minutes everyone had eaten all 5 pounds!

Steps:
- Mix brown sugar, mustard, and soy sauce together in a bowl. Measure 1/4 cup marinade for basting and transfer to a small bowl; cover and refrigerate.
- Place wings in a large resealable bag. Pour remaining marinade over wings, coating well. Seal and marinate wings at least 2 hours and up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove chicken wings from resealable bag and transfer to a baking sheet. Discard marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Baste wings with reserved 1/4 cup marinade; cook, basting every 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 30 more minutes.

CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN WINGS

- For the wings: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and brush the foil with the oil.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels, then sprinkle with the baking powder and toss to evenly coat in a large mixing bowl. Spread the wings evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, crispy and cooked through, 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- For the dry rub: Combine the brown sugar, salt, black pepper, granulated sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne and celery seeds in a small bowl.
- Remove the wings from the oven and add to another large mixing bowl. Season well with some of the rub, and then toss to coat. (Reserve the remaining rub for another use.) Serve immediately.
AWESOME CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN WINGS
Incredibly tasty variation of baked chicken wings with no marinade - just butter, garlic, and herbs. Great for the low-carb eater!

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a shallow baking dish with aluminum foil and grease lightly.
- Cut tips from chicken wings and discard. Cut between the joint to separate each wing into 2 pieces.
- Combine butter and garlic in a small saucepan over low heat; heat until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken wing pieces in melted butter mixture; coat with Parmesan cheese mixture in the bowl. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle any remaining butter on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until skin is browned and juices run clear, about 1 hour.

- Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints; discard wing tips. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Toss wings with kosher salt. Place on a wire rack in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight., In an electric skillet or deep-fat fryer, heat oil to 375°. Fry wings in batches until skin is crisp and meat is tender, 8-10 minutes. Drain on paper towels., For Buffalo wing sauce, bring hot sauce just to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat; whisk in butter 1 piece at a time. Stir in molasses and cayenne pepper., For Thai sauce, heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic and chile pepper; cook and stir until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and lime juice. Bring to a boil; cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cilantro and fish sauce., For barbecue sauce, heat prepared barbecue sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in chipotle peppers, honey and vinegar. Steps:
- Mix all ingredients except chicken wings, wisking to combine well.
- Put chicken wings in a large bowl and pour marinade over.
- Mix well.
- Marinate for 3 hours, mixing twice to ensure proper coverage.
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and put an oven proof, non stick rack on top.
- Put chicken wings on rack and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, turning wings over after 30 minutes and brushing with left over marinade.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
