CHIHUAHUA® JALAPEñO CHEESE SAUCE

Steps:

• Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat for 1 minute, or until butter is fully melted. Add flour and cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until a flour is absorbed. ; Add vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.; Add Sour Cream, Shredded Jalapeño Cheese, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.; Pour Jalapeño Cheese Sauce over nachos, sandwiches, or your favorite foods. Serve and enjoy!

NACHO CHEESE SAUCE WITH JALAPENO

Steps:

• Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion, garlic, and jalapeno; cook and stir until onion turns translucent, about 5 minutes.
• Stir flour into onion mixture until vegetables are evenly coated. Pour in milk; cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly, 3 to 4 minutes. Add processed cheese food, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth, about 15 minutes more. Stir in pickled jalapeno juice.

CREAMY JALAPEñO SAUCE

Steps:

• Pulse jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, and salt in a blender or food processor until puréed. With motor running, slowly drizzle in oil until a thick sauce forms. Add cilantro and pulse a few times until chopped and incorporated. Taste and add more jalapeño, if necessary.
