A wonderful, refreshing dessert. Tastes just like a C.M.P. sundae! Prep time does not include refrigeration prior to serving.

Steps:
- Mix flour, margarine and 1 cup peanuts.
- Mixture will be lumpy.
- Spread into a 9x13 dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and 8 oz cool whip.
- Add to 1st layer that you baked.
- Refrigerate this now, while making the 3rd layer.
- Combine the 2 puddings and milk in a bowl, pour over 2 layers.
- Top the dessert with the other 8 oz of Cool Whip, sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Refrigerate and chill upon serving.

This pie is inspired by the CMP sundae. This is a great dessert for potlucks. Cook time includes baking crust plus cooling time.

Steps:
- For crust: Mix graham crumbs, melted butter and chopped peanuts together in bowl. Press into bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool---about 30 minutes.
- 1ST LAYER: Cream PB and cream cheese. Beat in sugar. Blend in 8 oz whipped topping. Spoon scattered dallops on to cooled crust and gently spread evenly over the crust.
- 2ND LAYER: Beat pudding mixes and milk until thick. Spoon scattered dallops on top of first layer and gently spread evenly.
- 3RD LAYER: Beat 12 oz. whipped topping with marshmallow fluff and spoon scattered dallops over 2nd layer---gently spread evenly over 2nd layer. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and/or chocolate chips; if desired.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Store in refridgerator.

- Apple Pie Foil Packets. 1 apple (sliced) 1 tablespoon of butter. 1 ½ tablespoons of brown sugar. ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon of cranberries.
- Campfire Strawberries. Strawberries. 1 jar of marshmallow fluff. Fast and delicious, campfire strawberries are great for breakfast or dessert. Pierce the top of a strawberry with a skewer or marshmallow poker, just like you would when roasting marshmallows for s’mores.
- Pie Iron Angel Food Cake. 1 angel food cake (pre-made) 1 jar of marshmallow fluff. Fresh blueberries & strawberries. Light yet filling, pie iron angel food cake is the perfect summertime dessert.
- Stuffed Orange Brownies. 1 box mix of brownie batter (prepare according to the directions on the box) Oranges. Have your cake (or brownies) and eat it too while camping.
