1/4 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons buttermilk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon vertical sliced red onion
3 ounces skinless rotisserie chicken breasts (3/4 c)
1 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded (1/3 c)
1/2 cup arugula
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 ounce feta cheese
2 bacon, slices crumbled
1 avocado
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 500.
  • Place dough on preheated stone bake at 500 for 5 minute.
  • combine yogurt, buttermilk and mayo in a bowl; spread over crust. Top with tomatoes, onion, chicken, and mozzarella. Bake at 500 for 5 minute Place arugula and oil in bowl toss. Put arugula, cheese, bacon, avocado and pepper over pizza. Cut and serve.

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 ⅓ cups rolled oats
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups shredded coconut
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup candy-coated chocolate pieces
1 cup peanuts

Steps:

  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt and oats. Stir well to blend. Cream butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla together thoroughly. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture. Mix well.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup coconut and chopped nuts. Spread dough evenly in 2 greased 10 inch pizza pans or press into 10 inch circles on greased baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate, remaining 1 cup coconut, candies and peanuts. Bake for 5-10 minutes longer or until golden brown. Cool in pans on wire racks. Cut cooled cookie pizza into wedges.
