Amazing Thai Shrimp Pizza - Kevin Is Cooking

See more Last night’s was a Thai inspired pizza, complete with a peanut sauce and spicy shrimp and vegetables. This is the house favorite, go-to pizza. The raw shrimp is tossed with a little olive oil and sautéed on both side then tossed with chili pate. I prefer Sambal Oelek, which is found in most markets and Asian food stores. This peanut sauce! WOW.

See more YUM! A super fantastic recipe! I had medium shrimp on hand (60 80 count per pound) and used those to make this dish. Probably because there were so many more shrimp, in the end I had to use 4 egg whites and the entire 14 oz bag of shredded coconut. (My shrimp did look like little macaroons, I had so much coconut on them!)
