2 ounces espresso vodka
1 ounce chocolate liqueur
1 ounce coffee liqueur
2 ounces chilled or room temperature coffee
Splash of hazelnut coffee creamer
Donut hole

Steps:

In a shaker with ice, add espresso vodka, chocolate and coffee liqueurs, coffee and creamer and shake until mixed and creamy. Pour into mugs. Slice a donut hole halfway through, and perch on the lip of the mug. Reward yourself by taking the day off work.

4 (1.69 ounce) packages doughnut sticks
1 tablespoon butter, melted
4 cups coffee ice cream, softened
½ cup milk
2 (3.4 ounce) packages French vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
6 mini chocolate-frosted doughnuts

Steps:

Blend doughnut sticks in a food processor until finely ground. Combine ground doughnuts with melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Freeze crust for 10 minutes.
Spread ice cream over the frozen crust. Place back into the freezer for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine milk, pudding mix, and instant coffee until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the coffee ice cream in the crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 2 hours. Place mini doughnuts on top before serving.

Remove the dough from the can and lay it flat on a floured surface. Now fold one half over the other half. Using a donut or cookie cutter, cut out 1-1/2 to 2-inch diameter rounds. Punch out a small hole in the middle using the end of a pastry tip or small round cutter. Arrange the donuts on the prepared baking sheet.
In a heavy-bottomed large pot or deep fryer, heat at least 2 inches of oil until a deep-fry thermometer registers 350°F. Working in batches, use a slotted metal spoon or spatula to carefully place the donuts into the hot oil. Fry, flipping once, until light golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side. When done, transfer to a wire rack. Make sure to return the oil to 350°F between batches.
While the donuts cool, make the glaze. In a bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons milk and the coffee until smooth. If the mixture seems too thick, add more cream (1 tablespoon at a time) until smooth. Whisk in the melted chocolate until smooth. Dip the tops of the donuts into the glaze. Add sprinkles if desired (but leave two donuts sprinkle-free for your milkshakes). Place iced donuts on a wire baking rack to dry.
