1 cup epsom salts
1/2 cup finely ground oatmeal
1/4 cup finely ground coffee beans
1/4 cup baking soda
1/2 cup apricot oil
5 -6 drops vitamin E
5 -6 drops of sweet orange essential oils

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Store in an airtight container
  • Enjoy.

Treat yourself or your friends with this body scrub, it removes dead and flaky skin cells. Instead of the orange you can turn this into a lemon or lime scrub. The essential oil is optional but it does give it a nice smell. The salt will settle, shake the jar before use.

1/3 cup liquid bath soap
1 grated orange, zest of
1 teaspoon essential orange oil

  • Mix the salt with the oil and soap in a glass bowl, and then add the essential oil.
  • Transfer to a plastic or glass jar.
  • Use as a body scrub when having a bath or a shower, rinse off with warm water.
