1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1-1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas
1 jar (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, combine the soup, water and butter; bring to a boil. Add kielbasa and rice. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 18 minutes or until rice is almost tender. , Stir in peas and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated through. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand until melted.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 lb smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3/4 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, add the soup, water, and butter; bring mixture to a boil.
  • Add in the kielbasa and rice; lower the heat, cover and simmer 15-18 minutes or until rice is almost tender.
  • Add in the peas and mushrooms; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and peas are heated.
  • Season to taste if needed--I add a little cayenne.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand for a few minutes until cheese is melted.

1 pound(s) turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
3/4 cup(s) uncooked long grain rice
1 package(s) (10 ounces) frozen peas
1 jar(s) (4-1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup(s) (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Combine the soup, water and butter in a large skillet and bring to a boil. Add the Turkey Kielbasa and the rice. Cover and simmer for 18 minutes or until rice is just about tender.
  • Stir the pea's and mushroom's and continue to simmer for 15 minutes longer until the rice is tender. Sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and let stand until the cheese is melted. 9 points per serving (1 cup)
