CHERRY CORDIAL ICE CREAM

Steps:

• COMBINE all ingredients in ice cream freezer container; mix well. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. REFRIGERATOR-FREEZER METHOD: OMIT half-and-half. Whip heavy cream. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract; mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

ICE CREAM PIE

Steps:

• Mix butter, 3 tablespoons corn syrup, and brown sugar together in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in rice cereal. Transfer and press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze until firm, 15 to 20 minutes.
• Stir peanut butter, 1/4 cup fudge sauce, and 1 teaspoon corn syrup together in a bowl. Spread half the peanut butter mixture onto the crust. Return to freezer until set, 10 to 15 minutes.
• Pour the remaining half of peanut butter mixture into the fudge sauce jar; stir well. Refrigerate peanut butter fudge sauce until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
• Spoon and pack ice cream into crust; freeze until firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
• Pour peanut butter chocolate sauce into a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave until warm, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve alongside pie.

CREAMY COFFEE PIE

Steps:

• Combine 1-1/4 cups crushed cookies and butter. Press onto bottom and up the sides of a 9-in. pie plate. In a large bowl, combine ice cream, marshmallows, chocolate chips and remaining crushed cookies. Spoon into crust. Freeze for 30 minutes. , Spread whipped topping over pie. Drizzle with caramel and hot fudge toppings. Freeze, covered, overnight. May be frozen up to 2 months. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before cutting. If desired, serve with additional cookies.

CORDIAL ICE CREAM PIE

Steps:

• 1. Spread chocolate ice cream in crust. Top with raspberry sherbet, swirling layers. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.2. Meanwhile, in small bowl stir together marshmallow creme and almond liqueur. Refrigerate until needed.3. Let pie stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with marshmallow creme mixture. Garnish as desired.
