Steps:
- In medium frying pan heat butter and saute chicken until it is golden on both sides.
- Slice onions and when chicken is turned, add onions. Stir occasionally until onions are soft.
- Chop coriander and add with puree, Worcestershire, salt and pepper to chicken. Cover, reduce heat and cook until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.

Steps:
- In a plastic container with lid or Ziplock bag, combine soy sauce, coriander, sugar, salt, and pepper to make marinade.
- Add chicken pieces, cover or close, shake, and marinade for for 20 minutes in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- In a heavy skillet over medium temperature, heat oil and fry onion and garlic until soft but not brown, about 7 minutes.
- Add chicken together with marinade and stirfry until chicken is well coated and brown, about 7 minutes.
- Add water and simmer for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning and serve with French bread or rice. Garnish with chopped green onions.

CREAMY CORIANDER CHICKEN
I found this in the 7 day menu planner in the newspaper. Serve it with rice and fresh green beans. Add a bibb lettuce salad and crusty rolls.

Steps:
- Combine coriander, garlic salt, turmeric and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; pat onto chicken.
- Melt butter on medium in a large nonstick skillet. Cook chicken 2 to 4 minutes per side or until golden and no longer pink.
- Remove chicken to platter; tent with foil.
- Meanwhile, combine broth, wine, cilantro and remaining 1 tablespoon cornstarch; add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cook 1 minute. Stir in half-and-half.
- Spoon sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
