- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large saucepan, heat brown sugar, corn syrup and butter until sugar is dissolved. Stir in cereal and nuts; mix well. Spread onto greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. , Cool for 10 minutes; stir to loosen from pan. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

- Heat oven to 325°F.
- Brush a 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan with butter.
- Heat brown sugar, syrup, butter, and salt in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cereal and nuts until well coated.
- Spread mixture in pan.
- Bake 15 minutes. Remove and cool 10 minutes. Loose with a metal spatula and let stand until firm, about 1 hour.
- Store in covered container.
