1 green pepper (small diced)
1 red pepper (small diced)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green chilies (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • .heat the oil in wok the add the onion and saute until wilted but not brown.
  • Add the bell peppers and the corn .sprinkle with some salt, pepper, and chilli powder, and continue cooking over med-low heat,
  • stirring frequently, until all liquid (if any) completely evaporates.adjust the seasonings .sprinkle lemon juice and serve it.
