Our snowman does have a carrot for a nose, but everything else is unexpected and fun. The scarf, for example, is made from an apple peel!

- Spread round buttery crackers evenly with cream cheese spread; place on work surface, with crackers overlapping slightly to form a snowman shape. Top with graham pieces for the "hat."
- Decorate with pretzel sticks for the "arms," currants for the "eyes" and "buttons," carrot piece for the "nose" and apple peel for the "scarf."

- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the dried beef, onions, horseradish and garlic powder until blended. Shape into two balls, one slightly larger than the other. Roll each in parsley. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight., On a serving plate, place the smaller cheese ball on top of larger cheese ball, forming a snowman. Set aside 1 teaspoon spreadable cream cheese. Carefully cover snowman with remaining spreadable cream cheese. , Arrange cranberries for eyes and buttons. Insert carrot for nose and pretzel sticks for arms., Place a small dab of reserved cream cheese on top of large cracker. Top with a butter-flavored cracker. Repeat with three remaining butter-flavored crackers. Place on top of snowman. Serve with crackers.

SNOWMAN "STAR" CUTOUTS
Who says you need a snowman cookie cutter to make frosty cookies? Use a star-shaped cutter to create a new angle on snowmen cookies.

- Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, flour, butter and egg until soft dough forms.
- On lightly floured surface, roll dough to about 1/8-inch thickness. With star-shaped cookie cutter, cut out stars; place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- Frost and decorate 1 cookie at a time. Pipe black icing on tip of star for hat. Frost remaining star with white frosting. Sprinkle with coarse sugar. Attach candies for buttons and face.

- Remove yellow ends from candy corn. Cut each candy in half lengthwise; set aside. Meanwhile, spread peanut butter over half of the crackers; top with remaining crackers to make sandwiches. , In a microwave, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Dip sandwiches in candy coating; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper. , Immediately arrange 1-2 teaspoons miniature chocolate chips to make eyes and a mouth; add a reserved candy corn half for a nose. - Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Spray bottom of 9-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Use 1-inch and/or 2-inch round cutter to cut brownies into rounds. Discard scraps, or reserve for another use.
- Use offset spatula to frost top of each brownie with about 1 teaspoon frosting. Place coconut in small bowl; roll edges of each frosted brownie in coconut. Decorate each brownie with mini chocolate chips for eyes and mouth and jelly bean triangle for nose.

- Beat three 8-ounce packages cream cheese and 1 stick butter (both at room temperature) with a mixer until creamy. Beat in 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Divide into 3 balls (large, medium and small) and wrap each in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours, then roll in unsweetened shredded coconut and stack the snowman. - Beat eggs. Add milk and crackers. Stir in onion and cheese. Add ground beef, salt and pepper. Mix well. Shape into a loaf.

- Microwave the chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir again. Chips should be fully melted.
- Top one cracker with melted chocolate and shredded coconut. Place lollipop stick on cracker and top with more white chocolate and a second cracker, making a sandwich. Repeat as many times as desired and freeze the pops until the the chocolate is hard.
- Melt more chocolate and add some mint extract (about ½ tsp per pound of chocolate) and coconut oil (about 1 Tbsp. per pound of chocolate).
- Dip pops in chocolate and swirl until completely coated.
- Carefully cut holes in the Ritz box to hold your lollipops. Freeze until hard.
- Use the orange and black frosting to decorate your lollipops.
