This is a recipe I got from a friend that's diabetic. You can also make this the fattening way with whole milk, reg. pudding, and reg. Cool Whip. I've also made this with flavored coffee's for a richer flavor. I also prefer to chill before serving, but you don't have to.

4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
1 tablespoon boiling water
1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup Cool Whip Free (sugar and fat free Cool Whip)
Cool Whip (optional)
chocolate wafer crumbs (optional)

Steps:

  • Dissolve coffee in water; set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix, and cinnamon.
  • Beat on low speed for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in coffee.
  • Fold in Cool Whip.
  • Spoon into serving dishes.
  • Garnish with Cool Whip and wafer crumbs.

Yumm...this is EASY, creamy and delicious! I use sugar free and fat free pudding, 1% milk and light Cool Whip to make this and it still tastes creamy and sweet!

3 -4 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons boiling water
3 cups cold milk
1 (4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
1 (4 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Cool Whip
additional whipped topping, with
chocolate wafer crumbs or shaved milk chocolate

Steps:

  • Dissolve coffee granules in water, set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk, pudding mix and cinnamon.
  • Mix thoroughly then stir in dissolved coffee.
  • Gently fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour into dessert bowl or individual pudding dishes.
  • If desired, garnish with an additional spoonful of Cool Whip and wafer crumbs or shaved chocolate.

1 cup milk
3/4 cup cold strong coffee
1 package (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup sugar

Steps:

  • In large bowl, beat milk, coffee, pudding mix (dry) and 2 tablespoons sugar with wire whisk about 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  • In chilled large bowl, beat whipping cream and 1/4 cup sugar with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Gently stir whipped cream into coffee mixture.
  • Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until set.

1/2 cup milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • BEAT cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually add coffee and milk, beating until well blended. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat on low speed 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping.
