CREME BRULEE FONDUE (FROM THE MELTING POT)



Creme Brulee Fondue (from the Melting Pot) image

Our FAVORITE chocolate fondue! Great with pound cake, angel food cake, brownies, strawberries, bananas . . . anything you can dip!

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 package(s) white chocolate chips
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) caramel syrup
1/4 cup(s) carmalized sugar
2 teaspoon(s) caramel liqueur

Steps:

  • (I use an electric fondue pot for this recipe, but you can also use a double boiler).
  • Melt white chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth.
  • Add caramel syrup.
  • Sprinkle carmelized sugar over the top of the fondue.
  • Spritz with the liqueur and light on fire (this will further carmalize your sugar).
  • Keep warm, stirring occasionally, and serve with your favorite dippers!
  • The left over chocolate (if there is any) can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated later!
