CREMOSA LASAñA DE ALCACHOFAS
Steps:
- Calienta el horno a 350°F.
- Pon los champiñones y los pimientos en una sartén grande que hayas rociado con aceite en aerosol y, mientras los vas revolviendo, cocínalos a fuego medio durante 5 min. o hasta que se suavicen. Retíralos del fuego. Agrega las alcachofas, el pesto, el queso parmesano y 1 taza del queso desmenuzado; revuelve todo bien.
- Bate el queso crema y el ajo en polvo con la batidora hasta obtener una consistencia cremosa. Agrega poco a poco la leche mientras la vas batiendo cada vez que añadas más. Reserva 2 tazas de la preparación de queso crema. Agrega el resto de la preparación de queso crema a la de verduras (vegetales) de la sartén; revuelve todo bien.
- Esparce la mitad de la preparación de queso crema que reservaste en el fondo de un molde para hornear de 13x9 pulgs. que hayas rociado con aceite en aerosol; cúbrela con 3 láminas y con 1/3 de la preparación de verduras. Repite las capas de láminas y de la preparación de verduras dos veces. Ponles encima el resto de las láminas, de la preparación de queso crema que reservaste y del queso desmenuzado; tápalo.
- Hornea la lasaña 25 min. o hasta que se termine de calentar. Déjala reposar 5 min. antes de servir. Corta la albahaca en tiras finas; espolvoréalas sobre la lasaña.

- Calienta el horno a 350ºF.
- Mezcla el pollo, las alcachofas, 1 taza de mozzarella, el parmesano y los tomates.
- Bate bien el queso crema, la leche, el ajo en polvo con una batidora; incorpora 2 cdas. de albahaca. Reserva la mitad de la mezcla; el resto, mézclalo con la mezcla de pollo.
- Esparce la mitad de la mezcla de queso crema restante sobre el fondo de una fuente para hornear de 13x9 pulgs.; pon encima 3 láminas de lasaña y 1/3 de la mezcla de pollo. Repite 2 veces las capas de lasaña y mezcla de pollo. Cubre esto con las láminas de pasta, la mezcla de queso crema y el mozzarella restantes; tapa la lasaña.
- Hornéala durante 25 min. o hasta que esté completamente caliente. Espolvoréala con la albahaca restante. Déjala reposar 5 min. antes de cortarla para servir.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat with onions in large skillet; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and water; set aside. Mix cream cheese spread and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella and Italian seasoning; mix well.
- Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 6 noodle pieces, half the cream cheese mixture and 1 cup of the remaining meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and meat sauce; cover.
- Bake 45 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until mozzarella is melted. Let stand 10 min. before serving.

I know, not another lasagna recipe. This is a delicious change from the usual recipe. My husband loves it because of the cream cheese and pepperoni in it. I don't remember were I got it but, have had it for years. Hope you will try it.

- Cook beef and onion in heavy skillet, drain.
- Stir in tomato sauce and next 6 ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
- Combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and eggs; stir well. Spoon a small amount of meat sauce into a lightly greased baking dish.
- Layer with half each of lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, meat sauce, and cheese. Repeat layer with rest of ingredients. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cover, bake for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minute before serving.

- In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons parsley. Simmer, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain noodles, and rinse with cold water. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with egg, remaining parsley, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- To assemble, spread 1 1/2 cups of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange 6 noodles lengthwise over meat sauce. Spread with one half of the ricotta cheese mixture. Top with a third of mozzarella cheese slices. Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce over mozzarella, and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers, and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil: to prevent sticking, either spray foil with cooking spray, or make sure the foil does not touch the cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before serving.
