East meets West in a chai-yogurt breakfast drink rich with the flavors of caramel and banana.

Steps:
- In 5-cup blender, place all smoothie ingredients. Cover; blend on low speed 10 seconds. Scrape down sides of blender. Blend on medium speed an additional 20 to 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
- Divide mixture evenly into 4 (8-oz.) glasses. Garnish each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped cream topping; drizzle each with 1 teaspoon sundae syrup. Serve immediately.

CHAI ICE CREAM IN CARAMEL CUPS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Soften the ice cream in a large bowl. Add the tea and spices and mix until thoroughly combined. Pack and re-freeze at least 2 hours.
- Unwrap the caramel squares and place them on the baking sheet spaced about 2 inches apart. Bake until melted and softened. Place another piece of parchment on top and press the caramel into a circle. Cool another 2 minutes. Peel the caramel circles off the parchment and press into mini muffin pans to form a small cup shape. Cool completely.
- Scoop ice cream into cups and garnish with almonds.

- Pour the apple juice into a plastic container and freeze until hard, about 2 hours. Remove from container and break into pieces.
- Place the frozen juice into the bowl of a blender along with the applesauce, yogurt, 1/4 cup of caramel topping, and peanut butter. Puree until smooth, then pour into 3 glasses; swirl in the remaining tablespoon of caramel topping before serving.

CHAI CARAMEL CHOCOLATE BROWNIES
Blend chai spices with caramel to make these moreish chocolate brownies, with cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and ginger

- Heat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Butter a 20cm square cake tin and line with two strips of baking parchment. Melt the butter and chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water) or in 20-second bursts in the microwave. Leave to cool slightly.
- For the chai caramel, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until the caramel has loosened.
- Put the eggs and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and beat for around 5 mins until pale and thick. Alternatively, do this using an electric whisk. Fold in the slightly cooled melted chocolate mixture using a spatula and, when fully combined, add the flour and cocoa powder. Mix until everything is combined and there are no streaks of flour. Pour into the prepared tin, drizzle over the chai caramel and gently swirl into the batter using a teaspoon.
- Bake for 25-30 mins until the brownies are set at the edges with a slight wobble in the middle. If the brownies wobble a lot, they're not done - bake for another 5 mins until the top has a shiny, papery crust and the sides are just beginning to come away from the tin. Leave to cool completely in the tin, then remove and slice into 16 squares to serve. Will keep in an airtight container for up to three days.
