Steps:
- Drain canned chicken and put in medium sauce pan.
- Add hot sauce and cook on medium until heated throughout. My personal favorite is Frank's hot sauce.
- Add cream cheese and stir until blended thoroughly.
- Add ranch dressing and mix.
- Add 1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese and heat for a few minutes until mixed and melted.
- Pour the dip into the crock pot and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the top. Keep heated on low.
- I serve on baguette that has been sliced and toasted. However, it is also tasty on corn chips.

- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place in the slow cooker and cover with the lid.
- Cook on Low until chicken is cooked through, about 3 hours. Drain accumulated juices. Shred chicken using a hand mixer. Add cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo wing sauce, and Cheddar cheese. Cook on Low for 1 more hour. Stir to combine.

Steps:
- Place chicken in slow cooker and add chicken broth to cover. Cook for 4 hours. Skip this step if using prepared rotisserie chicken.
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, vinegar and hot sauce until smooth. Add half blue cheese crumbles.
- Pour over chicken in slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook low for 2-3 hours.
- Turn to warm and serve in slow cooker or transfer to serving dish. Top with remaining blue cheese. Serve warm.

- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Slice the bell peppers in half from top to bottom. Remove the seeds and membranes then arrange cut side up in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir together the hot sauce, butter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder, until the butter melts. Remove from the heat.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, coating with the sauce.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of the provolone.
- Mound the filling inside of the peppers. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup provolone over the top.
- Pour a bit of water into the pan with the peppers-just enough to barely cover the bottom of the pan. Carefully transfer to the oven and bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until the peppers are fork tender and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven. Top with feta and chopped green onions. Enjoy hot.

- Stir in cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm.
