The air fryer is really the perfect appliance for cooking frozen chicken nuggets. There is no need to defrost them.

Steps:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Give the basket or crisper plate a light spray or brush of olive oil. If the nuggets have oil listed as an ingredient, this may not be necessary.
- Place the nuggets in a single layer in the basket or on the crisper plate. Close the bucket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip the nuggets over and continue to cook for 5 to 7 minutes until crispy and warmed through.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce. (Recipes follow).

- Place the frozen chicken nuggets into your air fryer basket or onto the air fryer trays. *Do not thaw. A little overlapping is okay. No oil is necessary.
- Air fry your frozen chicken nuggets at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 10-12 minutes, veggie nuggets for 6-8 minutes. While you don't need to flip the nuggets at the halfway point, I'm a creature of habit and prefer to do so. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispy nuggets.

- Working in batches, remove nuggets from milk mixture, shaking to remove excess liquid. Transfer nuggets to flour mixture, tossing to coat. Shake gently to remove excess flour. Dip nuggets in milk mixture again, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Return nuggets to flour mixture to coat well. Discard remaining milk and flour mixtures.
