Milky Ways, cut into bite-sized pieces
Snickers, cut into bite-sized pieces
Kit Kats, cut into bite-sized pieces
Reese Peanut Butter Cups
Bacon
Brown Sugar
1 cup strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
Potato Chips
Mini Pretzels
Dark Chocolate

Steps:

  • I don't think anyone needs a lesson in how to build a s'mores, but here's the idea...
  • Using a stick, long grilling fork, or wood skewer, stick on a marshmallow and roast over an open flame for 30-60 seconds, or until toasted.
  • Place roasted marshmallow between 2 graham crackers (or cookies, etc) lined with chocolate (or other toppings) Devour immediately.

I found this recipe years ago from Great-Tasting Kid's Snacks. It's so simple - no need to build a fire and find the sticks for marshmallows. It's so easy that the grandkids can do it themselves. The last ingredient should read hot fudge sauce, but Zaar won't allow it, lol.

1 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon hot fudge

Steps:

  • Break graham cracker in half crosswise.
  • Place one half on small paper plate or microwavable plate; top with marshmallow.
  • Spread remaining 1/2 of cracker with fudge sauce.
  • Place cracker with marshmallow in microwave.
  • Microwave at HIGH 12 to 14 seconds or until marshmallow puffs up.
  • Immediately place remaining cracker, fudge side down, over marshmallow.
  • Press crackers gently to even out marshmallow layer.
  • Cool completely.

  • Heat the marshmallow over an open flame until it begins to brown and melt.
  • Break the graham cracker in half. Sandwich the chocolate between the cracker and the hot marshmallow. Allow the marshmallow to cool a moment before eating.

1 ½ cups softened butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1 package graham cracker, smashed
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 giant milk chocolate bar, smashed into chunks

Steps:

  • Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Then, add the remaining batter ingredients and mix well.
  • Combine in s'mores ingredients and mix well.
  • Form mixture into balls and place on parchment-lined baking trays.
  • Bake at 375'F for 8-10 minutes or until golden-brown. Then, let cool for 5-10 minutes before transferring to cooling racks and cooling completely.
  • Serve.
