DILL PICKLE RANCH CHEX™ MIX

Steps:
- In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, pretzels and bagel chips.
- In measuring cup or small bowl, mix oil, dill weed, garlic powder and pickle juice.
- Gradually pour oil mixture over cereal mixture until evenly coated. Sprinkle with ranch dressing mix, stirring to coat completely.
- Microwave uncovered on High 4 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute with rubber spatula and scraping side and bottom of bowl.
- Spread mixture on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

DILL/RANCH PRETZELS
These are always a hit! No baking needed. You can make them ahead of time. They store well for 2-weeks plus. I make these so often I get the jar/bottle of the dry ranch dressing mix.

Steps:
- 1. Put pretzels into large bowl
- 2. Pour half of the oil over the pretzels and "toss" like a salad to coat the pretzels
- 3. Pour remaining half of oil over pretzels and "toss" again
- 4. Add dill weed to package of ranch dressing mix and mix slightly in the package
- 5. Sprinkle about half the dill weed/ranch mix over pretzels and "toss" like a salad
- 6. Sprinkle remaining dill weed/ranch mix and toss pretzels again
- 7. "Toss" pretzels every 10-15 minutes (give or take) until they are no longer shiny (oil is dry)- prob about 45 min - 1 hr
- 8. Store in plastic bags or airtight container. Pretzels are good for at least 2-3 weeks.
DILL PICKLE RANCH PRETZELS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 275°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl combine the ranch dressing mix, pickle juice, oil, dill and parsley. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour pretzels into the bowl and immediately toss with a rubber spatula. Continue tossing until all of the pretzels are evenly coated in the seasoning mixture.
- Pour the coated pretzels onto the baking sheet. It is okay if some of the pretzels are on top of each other.
- Bake for 20 minutes tossing once after 10 minutes of baking. Be sure to mix the pretzels thoroughly to ensure an even bake.
- Remove from the oven and top with extra dill and parsley if desired. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
