Vanilla Fruit Dip image

Perfect to serve with a selection of fruit, a light dip that I serve this dip with fruit (melons and strawberries) and coffee on a hot summers morning.

250 g light cream cheese
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 teaspoons vanilla essence

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until well combined and smooth.
  • Blend in lemon juice and vanilla essence.
  • Spoon into a serving dish.
  • Refrigerate until needed.
  • Serve with any fruit you choose.

1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup whole milk

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding mix, frozen whipped topping, cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and milk. Serve chilled.
