Easiest White Chocolate Made Ever image

This white chocolate fudge recipe is simple to follow and takes absolutely no time at all. This is a wonderfully creamy end to a meal or a sweet treat to keep on hand. Although delicious on its own, this white chocolate fudge could also be combined with other desserts--cut it into designs to decorate cakes and cupcakes, for example, or use pieces of fudge as a decadent topping for ice cream.

Number Of Ingredients 0

Steps:

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium sized microwave safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well.
  • Return and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well.
  • Return and microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir well until completely blended.
  • This is the point at which you add the vanilla extract.
  • Quickly transfer the white chocolate fudge to your cake pan that has been lined with baking paper. Press down to give a level top.
  • Set in the fridge for two hours.
  • Remove and slice as you like. The fudge does need to be kept in cool conditions.

Steps:

  • Combine white chocolate chips and half-and-half in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until heated through, 3 to 4 minutes more. Pour into mugs and serve.

Not sure where I picked this recipe up but it is the easiest and best cheesecake recipe I've ever made. Personally, I like using the Danish Butter Cookies as the crust vs. Graham Crackers.

1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  • Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar (or butter cookies and butter) in medium bowl.
  • Press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Place pan in oven to bake crust for 10 minute.
  • Beat cream cheese mixture in large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 65 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, remove from pan and chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired.
  • You can substitute for crust:.
  • 2 cups Danish Butter Cookies and 1/3 cup melted butter.
