Using refrigerator biscuits and other convenience ingredients, you can have a homemade pizza on the table in minutes.

16 oz Refrigerated Biscuits
1 cup Pizza Sauce
1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese
8 oz Pepperoni Slices
3 Green Onion

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish.
  • Open biscuits and separate. Press biscuits into solid layer on bottom of pan. Seal edges so no spaces appear.
  • Spread pizza sauce over biscuit dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over sauce.
  • Dice green onions,
  • Add pepperoni and green onions to top of pizza.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

2 cups finely shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
16 slices pepperoni (1 1/2 inch)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. In large bowl, toss with biscuit pieces, pizza sauce and 1 cup of the cheese.
  • Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking dish. Top with pepperoni and remaining 1 cup cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 23 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

1 pound ground beef
2 tubes (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 package (3-1/2 ounces) sliced pepperoni
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Meanwhile, cut biscuits into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Drain beef; sprinkle over biscuits. , Layer with pepperoni, mushrooms, pizza sauce, green pepper and onion. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.

1 lb lean ground beef (at least 80%)
1/2 cup chopped onion (1 medium)
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper (1/2 medium)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (4 ounce) can Green Giant mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 (12 ounce) can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
1 (8 ounce) package sliced mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F Grease large cookie sheet with shortening. In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper over medium heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered while preparing biscuit dough.
  • Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On cookie sheet, press or roll biscuits in 14x10-inch rectangle. Spread beef mixture lengthwise over half of dough. Place cheese slices over beef mixture. Carefully fold dough over cheese to form long rectangle; press edges with fork to seal.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into pieces to serve.

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tubes (7-1/2 ounces each) refrigerated biscuits
1 can (15 ounces) pizza sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Separate biscuits. Place 3 in. apart on greased baking sheets; flatten into 3-in. circles. Spread each with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Top with meat mixture and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
