This nearly zero carb keto recipe is perfect as a keto snack, keto party food, or keto appetizer! If you love pickles, you're sure to love this keto pickle dip!

4.5 ounces cocktail style dill pickles
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces cheddar cheese (not pre-shredded)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Cut each pickle in half lengthwise. Cut again, widthwise, to make large bite size pieces.
  • Cut the cheddar cheese into small bite size pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined. Fold in the pickles.
  • Cover with saran wrap and chill until firm.
  • Serve with cheese crisps, radish slices, carrot sticks, celery sticks, pork rinds, or pickle slices.

1 pinch freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Stir cream cheese in a bowl with a wooden spoon until smooth. Stir in dill pickles, onion, pickle juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed. Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour.
