GARLIC SHRIMP WITH NOODLES
A simple, fast, and delicious recipe! Scallops, lump crabmeat (careful not to break up the lumps while cooking), or lobster can be substituted for the shrimp.

Steps:
- Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain, set aside.
- Heat the oil and butter in skillet, then add garlic and scallion; cook while stirring for about 2 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and sauté for about 2 minutes until they begin to turn pink (don't overcook).
- Add the milk, Parmesan cheese, butter, cayenne, and lime juice and cook, stirring, about 4 to 5 more minutes until sauce is created.
- Toss the shrimp and sauce with the cooked egg noodles, serve, and enjoy!

QUICK SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP NOODLES

Steps:
- Cook dried pasta in salted boiling water by following the directions of the package you are using. I used linguine, you can use spaghetti or fettuccine too.
- Meanwhile pasta is cooking, mix shrimp, cornstarch and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside. Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, sake, maesailaek, gochugaru and black pepper in a mixing bowl and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat and add cooking oil. Add shrimp and spread evenly on the skillet to sear them evenly. Cook 1 to 2 minutes then flip over. Add butter and chopped garlic, mix well until butter is melted and bubbles.
- Pour the sauce mixture and toss the shrimp quickly. Add the cooked pasta and chopped Serrano and green onions into the skillet. Quickly, stir everything together. Add pasta water as needed. Turn off the heat and garnish wish sesame seeds and drizzle some sesame oil. Enjoy!

Steps:
- In medium saucepan, melt 2 Tablespoons of butter, cook onion until tender.
- Add water; bring to boil.
- Stir in noodles& sauce and continue boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Meanwhile in large skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons of butter with olive oil.
- add garlic; cook over medium high heat for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp& artichoke; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in parsley& pepper.
- To serve, add shrimp mixture to noodles.

- Mix shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, garlic, and salt together in a bowl. Cover and allow to sit in a refrigerator to marry flavors, at least 4 hours.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Place shrimp on skewers. Discard excess marinade.
- Grill shrimp until they are bright pink on the outside and meat is opaque, basting with melted butter frequently, about 1 1/2 minutes per side.
