ELECTRIC LEMONADE

Steps:

• Place ice in a glass.
• Add sweet and sour, vodka and blue curacao to the glass, and top up with 7-Up.
• Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.

ELECTRIC LEMONADE

Steps:

• Fill a glass with ice.
• Add vodka, blue curacao, and sweet and sour mix.
• Fill glass with 7up or Sprite.
• Mix gently.

ELECTRIC LEMONADE

Steps:

• Mix the sugar and water in a small pot and boil for 3 minutes to make a simple syrup.
• Let cool.
• In medium bowl, stir together 1 cup syrup (leftover syrup can be refrigerated indefinitely), the lemon juice and the chopped mint.
• Pour mixture into ice-cube tray and freeze for one hour.
• In a blender, blend together frozen cubes, sparkling water, chopped mint and vodka.
• Pour into chilled glasses.
• Garnish with mint sprigs and lemon zest.

ELECTRIC LEMONADE

Steps:

• Chill four serving glasses in the freezer.
• Combine the lemon juice, sugar, mint, sparkling mineral water, ginger ale and ice in a blender and blend slowly until it's thick.
• Remove the glasses from the freezer and pour 1/4 cup vodka into each glass.
• Top with the frozen lemon mixture.
• Add a straw and garnish with mint and lemon slice.
