If you love those cheesy corn snacks that leave your fingers bright orange, then you have to try this recipe! The Nacho Cheese and Flamin' Hot varieties are especially good here. Make sure you use the "crunchy" ones, not the "puffs".

Steps:
- Place the "Cheesies" in your food processor and process into small crumbs. Add the Parmesan Cheese and pour onto a plate.
- Coat chicken breasts in flour & salt.
- Combine egg & water. Beat until well combined. Dip floured Chicken in egg mixture.
- Coat the chicken in the Cheesie crumbs.
- Place on a lightly greased baking sheet (I use cooking spray).
- Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350° until chicken is cooked through (cooking time will depend on thickness of meat).

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
- Add the cheese puffs to a food processor and grind to fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, chicken bouillon, garlic powder, paprika, 1/4 cup of the cheese puff crumbs, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper with your hands until combined. Press the chicken mixture into the baking dish, creating an even layer. Bake until the chicken is cooked, 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly, then turn out onto a cutting board and cut into 4-by-1/2-inch sticks.
- Meanwhile, fill a heavy skillet or a Dutch oven halfway with oil. Heat over medium-high heat until a deep-frying thermometer registers 350 degrees F.
- Put the flour, eggs and remaining cheese puff crumbs in separate shallow dishes. Season the flour with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Dip each chicken stick first in the flour, then in the egg, then in the crumbs.
- Add the sticks to the hot oil a few at a time, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry, turning frequently, until crispy, about 1 minute. Remove to a paper-towel lined plate. Serve warm with ranch dressing.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Add cauliflower, bring back to a boil, and cook over medium heat until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
- Line a microwave-safe plate with paper towels; arrange turkey bacon on the paper towels. Top with more paper towels. Microwave on high until bacon is crisp, 1 to 2 minutes. Cool and crumble.
- Mix cauliflower with crumbled bacon, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese using an electric mixer until evenly combined. Transfer to a 9x13-inch baking dish; top with remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted on top, 15 to 20 minutes.
