Everyday Seasoning Spice Mix - a copycat Trader Joe's blend recipe image

Homemade everyday seasoning spice mix inspired by Trader Joe's famous Everyday Seasoning Blend. It's perfect for seasoning savoury dishes, soups or salads.

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper (or mixed pepper)
1 teaspoon ground mustard seeds powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander (ground powdered)
1/2 teaspoon chilli pepper flakes (or powdered chili pepper flakes)
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder

Steps:

Make sure that all the spices are ground or milled first. The chilli pepper flakes can be whole, but you can mill or ground them too if you like.
Measure out all the spices and add them to a small bowl.
Mix all the spices well.
Store your everyday seasoning spice mix in an airtight container (small glass jam jar) and use it within 3 months.

2 tablespoons chili powder (any of the lighter reds)
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon onion powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons garlic salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Steps:

Mix & put in your favorite shaker.
