Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Stir together the cereal, cheese cracker chips, pretzels, peas, nut and ramen noodle pieces in a large bowl. Stir the reserved seasoning packet into the melted butter. Pour over the cereal mixture and toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture between the prepared baking sheets and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Cool completely before serving, about 10 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350º. In a large bowl, whisk the butter and the egg white until well combined. Stir the black and white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic flakes, dried onion flakes, and salt into the butter mixture. Add the pretzel twists, Goldfish, rice cereal, and crackers and toss until everything is completely coated.
- Spread mixture out onto a large rimmed baking sheet and bake until toasted, stirring halfway through, about 15 minutes. Let cool before serving.
