GRILLED CHICKEN RANCH BURGERS

- In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients. Add chicken; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape mixture into sixteen 1/2-in.-thick patties. Brush both sides with oil; refrigerate, covered, 15 minutes to allow patties to firm up., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat or broil 3-4 inches from heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°. Serve on buns with desired toppings.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients with the exception of the beef.
- Add beef to mixture and mix until well balanced. Do not over work the mixture!
- Form into patties ¾"- 1" thick. If you are serving on a 5" bun, start the burgers at a 5"diameter.
- Grill to desired preference. This is a delicate burger and once on the grill should be turned only once.
- Serving condiments should include: Mayonnaise, Green Leaf Lettuce, Tomato, Onion (Red or White), Dill Pickle Slices, **Avocado - Optional - adds a California Flair - Some like it some do not.

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients well. Wet hands, then form into 4 3/4 inch thick patties.
- Arrange between layers of wax paper or plastic wrap, cover and chill at least one hour before grilling.
- These patties will be soft, so be careful when transferring them to the BBQ. They will firm up as they cook.
- Cook on a greased grill on med heat for 12-15 mins, flipping once, or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Serve on buns!

- Mix in the chicken by hand. Add 1 pound ground chicken and use your fingertips to gently combine. Do not overmix.
- Form into patties. Divide the mixture into 4 (6-ounce) portions. Form each into a patty that’s about 3/4-inch thick and 4-inches wide. Place on a plate or baking sheet.
