Fiber One™ Lemon Bars with Lemon Cream Cheese and Berries image

Fiber One™ has a number of products we can use to create filling snacks to satisfy afternoon cravings for something sweet. Pair with a steamy cup of coffee or tasty cup of tea for the perfect afternoon snack. For kids, I recommend serving these lemon bars with a glass of cold milk or fruit juice. This is a simple recipe that can be prepared in a few minutes with delicious results.
