Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup Thousand Island dressing
16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
8 ounces shredded corned beef
16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and dressing.
Spread sauerkraut into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer corned beef, Swiss cheese, and the mayonnaise-dressing mixture on top of the sauerkraut.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

1/2 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese
6 ounces thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
cracker

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Thousand Island dressing and mayonnaise.
In an ungreased pie plate layer sauerkraut, half the swiss cheese, the corned beef and Thousand Island mixture in that order. To the reserved half of the cheese add the green onions and sprinkle over top.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers.
