Steps:
- Use the pencil to poke a hole in the pointed end of the ice cream cone.
- Twist a knot in the end of the pipe cleaner. Thread the pipe cleaner into the ice cream cone and out the hole (the knot will hold the pipe cleaner in place).
- Use the table knife to spread the peanut butter on the outside of the cone. Press the cereal all over the peanut butter to cover the cone. Sprinkle the birdseed over the cone, pressing it into the peanut butter with your fingers.

In the harsh cold days of winter I want to make sure little peeps (birds) will make through the harsh winter. These are fun to make with kids and make a fun weekend family time project. (These are not edible for humans)

- In large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Roll mixture out on wax paper. Using a round cookie cutter cut out circles. Make a small hole in the middle of each cut out. Let dry 4-6 hours or over night turning often to dry both sides. Hang in trees and bushes using soft yarn or thread that birds can use in the spring to line their nests.

- In a large bowl, combine the cocoa powder, rice cereal, oats, coconut, and sesame seeds. Set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together the peanut butter, brown sugar, honey, and vanilla. Cook and stir until melted and loose. Pour over the cereal mixture, and stir to coat evenly. Press lightly into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Cool for about 1 hour to firm, then cut into squares.
