Here's what you need: graham crackers, sugar, unsalted butter, gelatin powder, water, cream cheese, sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, lemon curd, dulce de leche, chocolate hazelnut spread, raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, chocolate hazelnut truffles, pecans, candied lemon slice

20 graham crackers, crushed, plus 4 whole
2 tablespoons sugar
10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons gelatin powder, 2 packets
4 tablespoons water
24 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup lemon curd, divided
½ cup dulce de leche, warmed, plus more for garnish
½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
8 fresh raspberries, for garnish
5 chocolate hazelnut truffles, for garnish
10 pecans, roughly charged, for garnish
5 candied lemon slice, optional, halved, garnish

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  • Pour the crust mixture into a 9-inch (23 cm) springform cake pan. Press crumbs down firmly with the bottom of a small ramekin or glass to form an even base.
  • Carefully break the remaining graham crackers in half, so that you have 8 squares.
  • Push the graham crackers into the crust with the split line facing upwards to form an X shape, dividing the crust into four equal sections.
  • Press down on the crust one more time to ensure the graham crackers are secure. Cover and chill in the freezer for at least 10 minutes while preparing the fillings.
  • In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the water. Set aside to bloom.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add 2½ cups (720 ml) whipping cream and beat until the batter is light and fluffy.
  • Warm the gelatin in the microwave for about 15 seconds so that it's fluid, and incorporate into the batter.
  • Divide the cheesecake batter evenly between 4 medium bowls.
  • In the first bowl, whisk in the vanilla extract and remaining whipping cream.
  • In the second bowl, whisk in ⅓ cup (80 grams) lemon curd.
  • In the third bowl, whisk in the dulce de leche.
  • In the fourth bowl, whisk in the chocolate hazelnut spread.
  • To assemble the cheesecake, slowly pour the contents of bowl #1 into a quarter of the pan. Repeat with remaining flavors. Use a spatula to smooth the tops.
  • Carefully dollop the raspberry jam in small circles on top of the vanilla cheesecake. Use a toothpick or knife to carefully swirl it into the filling. Garnish the outer border with fresh raspberries.
  • Garnish the outer border of the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake with the chocolate hazelnut truffles.
  • Garnish the outer border of the dulce de leche cheesecake with the chopped pecans and drizzle with dulce de leche
  • Pour the remaining lemon curd on top of the lemon cheesecake and smooth with an offset spatula or spoon. Garnish the outer border with candied lemon slices.
  • Cover the top of the pan tightly with plastic wrap and chill for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge before slicing and serving.
  • Enjoy!

6 cups pancake mix
6 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
12 large eggs
½ cup milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
6 slices canadian bacon
fresh spinach, to taste
hollandaise sauce, to taste
6 small chicken sausage breakfast patties
3 slices american cheese, halved
4 veggie burgers
4 slices cheddar cheese
6 bacons, cooked

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Line 3 11x17-inch (28x43-cm) baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Make the pancake layer: In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix, eggs, milk, and vegetable oil. Whisk to combine, being careful not to overmix.
  • Divide batter between 2 of the prepared baking sheets. Spread evenly and bake for 10-15 minutes, until you can poke and no batter comes out
  • Make the egg layer: In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mix onto the remaining prepared baking sheet. Spread evenly and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the edges are completely set.
  • Line another baking sheet with 2 sheets of parchment paper.
  • Arrange the Canadian bacon slices in a row at the top of the baking sheet and lay spinach on top.
  • Place the chicken sausage patties in a row under the Canadian bacon and top with the American cheese slices.
  • Fold the bottom part half of the parchment paper over until you reach the patties to create a "barrier" between the meat toppings and the vegetarian toppings.
  • Place the vegetarian burgers on the bottom half of the baking sheet and top with the cheddar cheese.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 350˚F (180˚C) and bake the toppings for 15-20 minutes, until the meat is warmed through and the cheese has melted.
  • On a cutting board, layer the sandwich starting with a pancake layer, followed by the egg layer. Arrange the bacon and other toppings in quadrants on the egg. Top the Canadian bacon and spinach with hollandaise sauce, if desired. Top with the second pancake layer.
  • Slice into 16 sandwiches and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper and freeze in an airtight container for up to 1 month and microwave on defrost for about 5 minutes, until it is warm.

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
10 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 teaspoon milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, red bell pepper, garlic and onion, and cook, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Cover the pan with a lid for faster cooking.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line the bottom of an 8 or 9 inch cake pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Fry bacon in a skillet over medium heat, or cook in the microwave, until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Sprinkle the cheese in the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle bacon crumbles evenly over the cheese. Scoop the potato mixture into the pan so it is evenly distributed. Whisk together eggs and milk with a fork, and season with a little salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the food in the pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, just until the egg is set. Remove from the oven and run a knife around the outer edge. Flip onto a serving plate, and remove the parchment paper. Serve and enjoy.
