Steps:
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in confectioners' sugar and milk. Chill., Meanwhile, press cookie dough onto an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack., Spread cream cheese mixture over crust to within 1/2 in. of edges. Arrange fruit over top., In a small microwave-safe dish, microwave preserves, uncovered, on high for 45-60 seconds or until melted. Drizzle over fruit. Chill until serving. Refrigerate leftovers.

EASY FRUIT PIZZA
Fruit Pizza is the perfect summer treat. This dessert can easily be made ahead of time for a sweet ending to any meal!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12" pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the pan. Bake 14-17 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon zest and vanilla in a small bowl. Beat with a hand mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
- Arrange berries over the cream cheese layer in desired design.
- Heat jelly in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or until slightly. Brush over the fruit if desired.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly oil a pizza stone or a baking sheet.
- Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion in the hot oil until soft, 5 to 7 minutes. Add rosemary, pepper, and salt.
- Transfer onion mixture carefully to an electric blender, add water, and puree gently. Spread puree on prepared crust. Top with Brie cheese, raspberries, and peach slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly, 6 to 8 minutes. Top with fresh basil.

- In a bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press into an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until crust is set and edges are lightly browned. , Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until set. Cool to room temperature., For topping, process mixed berries and sugar in a blender or food processor until blended. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mixed berry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set mixture aside to cool, stirring frequently., Spread berry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
