FUDGE COVERED OREOS

Steps:

• In a saucepan, combine the fudge icing ingredients. Add the sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa.
• Heat to a rapid, rolling boil over medium-high heat. Set your timer and let the fudge icing boil for ONE FULL MINUTE. *This is so very important to the coating setting up correctly!
• Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
• Whisk or beat the icing for 3-5 minutes until the fudge is dark, glossy, and clinging to your whisk. The cooler it gets, the slower the icing will drip from your utensils.
• Drop your Oreos into the cooled icing directly for the easiest method of coating each cookie completely.
• Use tongs to flip and thoroughly coat each of the Oreos.
• Allow as much of the fudge icing to drip from the Oreo cookie as possible.
• Place each fudge-coated Oreo onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or work surface. Allow the coated cookies to cool completely so that the coating sets up.

Steps:

• Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
• Bring sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir at a boil until mixture is smooth, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat; stir white chocolate chips and marshmallow creme into the sugar mixture until completely melted. Add vanilla extract; stir.
• Gently fold 1/2 cup crumbled cookies into the white chocolate mixture until just incorporated; spread into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1 cup crushed cookies evenly over the top. Press cookies lightly into the fudge. Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into small squares to serve.

OREO COOKIE FUDGE

Steps:

• In a pot on medium heat melt the chocolate in the milk.
• Remove from heat and stir in the crushed cookies.
• Spread evenly in a parchment lined 8x8 square pan.
• Chill 2 hours or until firm.
• Cut into small squares.
