Steps:

• Pre heat oven to 350°.
• Mix all ingredients together.
• Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookies sheet.
• Bake for 10-12 minutes.
• Let cool for for 2 minutes and remove.
• Hide them, they will disappear!

Steps:

• With mixer on low speed blend, butter, eggs and water. By hand stir in cake mix. Add coconut and nuts.
• Chill dough for approximately 1 hour before placing on parchment lined baking sheet.
• Form into large balls, place on baking sheet and press down with hand.
• Bake 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Let cool before removing from baking sheet.
• Note: If you wish a more chocolate flavor add the optional 4 tablespoons of cocoa.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
• Empty the package of cake mix into a large bowl. Combine the yogurt, sour cream and egg; stir into the cake mix until well blended. Mix in the coconut pecan frosting, coconut and walnuts. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
• Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

• Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until cookies are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
• Generously frost cookies with coconut pecan frosting.

Steps:

• Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
• Roll into 1 inch balls.
• Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet. Let cool.
• Mix evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, margarine and vanilla together in a sauce pan. Stir constantly over medium heat until it comes to a slow boil. Cook, stirring constantly until it thickens - about 10 to 11 minutes (it must be cooked that long).
• Remove from heat and stir in coconut and pecans. Cool frosting before spreading on cookies.
• You can melt semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzle over top of frosting (optional).
