This easy applesauce muffin recipe is the only one you'll need. It yields big bakery style muffins that are soft, moist, and packed with applesauce flavor. Perfect for Fall or anytime of the year!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line muffin pan with muffins liners and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine both sugars, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Add the applesauce and mix well (mixture should be completely smooth).
- Beat in the oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the flour and mix until incorporated. Do not over mix!
- Scoop the batter into the muffin pan filling the cups to the top.
- Bake for 20 - 21 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
- Cool in pan 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack (or large plate if you don't have a rack) to continue cooling.
- Serve warm or cooled completely.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
- Mix flour, baking soda, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and salt together in a bowl.
- Beat shortening with an electric mixer in a separate large bowl until smooth; add honey and mix for 2 minutes. Stir flour mixture into shortening mixture, alternating with applesauce, until batter is smooth. Fold in raisins and walnuts. Spoon about 2 1/2 tablespoons batter into each muffin cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, 20 to 25 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray them lightly with vegetable oil spray.
- Combine whole wheat flour, oats, ground flax, coconut, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl.
- Mash the peeled bananas in a medium bowl with a fork; add the applesauce, oil, egg, milk, and maple syrup and mix well to break up the egg and thoroughly combine.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well with a fork- your batter will be stiff and lumpy. Mix in the blueberries.
- Fill each muffin liner or tin section to the top, so that batter is slightly mounded.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix in beaten eggs, applesauce and melted butter. (by hand, do not need mixer).
- Evenly scoop mixture into muffin pans.
- Sprinkle crystal sugar sprinkles on tops of muffins.

- Butter 12 muffin tins or line with paper liners.

GINA'S APPLESAUCE MUFFINS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- 1. Soak box of raisins in water
- 2. Sift together 3 times flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, & coco.
- 3. Cream together sugar, shortening, & applesauce. Add eggs mixing 1 in at a time.
- 4. Mix wet ingredients with raisins.
- 5. Mix in dry ingredients a little at a time until well mixed.
- 6. Coat muffin tins with nonstick spray and fill 2/3 full.
- 7. Bake at 400 until toothpick comes out clean, 15-20 minutes.
