Steps:
- Preheat griddle to 375°F or set to moderate heat. Lightly brush with oil.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down on the griddle. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Gently turn the salmon over with a spatula and cook the other side for 3-5 minutes.
- Squeeze some lemon juice on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.

Steps:
- Preheat griddle to high heat
- Lightly coat steak with olive oil
- Season steak generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- Form a base layer on your griddle using either a little bit of butter, oil, or by rubbing the fatty end of your steak on the griddle
- Place steak on base layer and press down to ensure firm contact with cooking surface
- Cook until desired doneness is achieved, flipping halfway through. For a 1" thick steak, it takes about 18 minutes (9 minutes per side)
- Remove steak from grill and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy.

Steps:
- Preheat Flat Top griddle to the lowest setting. Do not use any wind guards.
- Gather all of your ingredients to make this recipe.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place into different containers.
- With a hand mixer, whip the egg white until a stiff peak forms for about 1 1/2 minute. Do not over mix!!
- On a preheated griddle, place a sheet of parchment paper to the flat top.
- Add all the fluffy egg white onto the parchment paper in a mound.
- Then, make a slight hole in the center of the whites to make a nest shape.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and seasoning of your choice to the top of the egg white.
- Cover with a dome lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Uncover and place the egg yolk into the center of the fluffy egg white.
- Replace the dome lid cover and cook for 2 more minutes or until the whites are starting to turn golden brown and the yolk is set.
- With a spatula, remove the cloud egg to a serving platter.
- Serve right away.
