EASY GRIDDLE SALMON



Easy Griddle Salmon image

Griddled Salmon is one of the best griddle recipes. It's easy to cook and loaded with healthy nutrients.

1 ½ pound salmon fillets
1 tablespoon oil
salt and pepper (to taste)
lemon
optional herbs (for serving)

Steps:

  • Preheat griddle to 375°F or set to moderate heat. Lightly brush with oil.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper on all sides.
  • Place the seasoned salmon skin-side down on the griddle. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Gently turn the salmon over with a spatula and cook the other side for 3-5 minutes.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Season with more salt and pepper if needed.

Simple and Delicious Recipe for Cooking Steak On a Griddle

1 14-16 oz steak (Ribeye, T-Bone, or NY Strip)
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tpsp fresh black pepper
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat griddle to high heat
  • Lightly coat steak with olive oil
  • Season steak generously with kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • Form a base layer on your griddle using either a little bit of butter, oil, or by rubbing the fatty end of your steak on the griddle
  • Place steak on base layer and press down to ensure firm contact with cooking surface
  • Cook until desired doneness is achieved, flipping halfway through. For a 1" thick steak, it takes about 18 minutes (9 minutes per side)
  • Remove steak from grill and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes. Slice, serve, and enjoy.

Egg, large 1 each
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 teaspoon

Steps:

  • Preheat Flat Top griddle to the lowest setting. Do not use any wind guards.
  • Gather all of your ingredients to make this recipe.
  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place into different containers.
  • With a hand mixer, whip the egg white until a stiff peak forms for about 1 1/2 minute. Do not over mix!!
  • On a preheated griddle, place a sheet of parchment paper to the flat top.
  • Add all the fluffy egg white onto the parchment paper in a mound.
  • Then, make a slight hole in the center of the whites to make a nest shape.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and seasoning of your choice to the top of the egg white.
  • Cover with a dome lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Uncover and place the egg yolk into the center of the fluffy egg white.
  • Replace the dome lid cover and cook for 2 more minutes or until the whites are starting to turn golden brown and the yolk is set.
  • With a spatula, remove the cloud egg to a serving platter.
  • Serve right away.
