HONEY MUSTARD SALAD DRESSING
From Taste of Home's Country Cooking (submitted by Shirley Sybesma). I know this joins many other Honey Mustard Salad Dressings already posted -- but it's a family favorite of ours. It's so good I almost want to sip it from a cup! This is also very quick to put together.

Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard.
- Add honey, sugar, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Slowly add oil while mixing briskly with a wire whisk. Refrigerate.

SALAD WITH HONEY-MUSTARD DRESSING
This salad is my most-requested recipe. The dressing, eggs and almonds can be prepared ahead of time, so it can be made at the last minute.

- In a large saucepan, combine the oil, 1/2 cup sugar, vinegar, honey, lemon juice and seasonings; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat; set aside to cool. , In a small skillet over low heat, cook almonds and remaining sugar until nuts are glazed; cool., In a salad bowl, toss the romaine, cheese and almonds. Top with eggs. Drizzle with dressing. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftover dressing.

GRILLED TENDERLOIN SALAD
During our hot summers, I rely on salads. In this recipe, the pork is grilled so I can stay out of the kitchen.

- In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; cover and chill until serving., Grill pork, covered, on an oiled rack over medium heat or broil 4 in. from the heat for 9-11 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing., Thinly slice tenderloin. Just before serving, place greens on a serving plate; top with oranges and pork. Drizzle with dressing. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.

CRISPY CHICKEN SALAD WITH YUMMY HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING
We drizzled Jillena's 5-star-rated Yummy Honey Mustard Dressing over a bed of fresh greens and air-fried chicken strips to create this flavorful main dish salad. Chill dressing, covered, up to 1 week. Makes about 1 1/3 cups dressing.

- Heat oil in an extra-large skillet over medium heat. Add panko and garlic powder. Cook, stirring, until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a shallow dish and let cool, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in parsley.
- Coat an air fryer basket with cooking spray and preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Meanwhile, in another shallow dish, stir together flour, salt, and pepper. In a third shallow dish, whisk together eggs and water.
- Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into 1x3-inch strips. Dip chicken strips into flour mixture, then egg mixture, then panko mixture to coat.
- Working in batches, add chicken to the preheated air fryer. Cook, turning once, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest parts registers 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a plate; cover and keep warm.
- Toss together salad greens, carrots, and radishes in a large bowl.
- Stir mayonnaise, yellow mustard, honey, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice for dressing together in a small bowl.
- Divide salad among plates, top with chicken, and drizzle with dressing.

- Empty Pasta mix into 3-quart saucepan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta; rinse with cold water. Shake to drain.
- In large bowl, stir together seasoning mix, mayonnaise and honey mustard. Add pasta, chicken, spinach, tomatoes, celery, cheese and eggs; toss gently to coat. Top with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 1 hour to chill.
