JUICIEST HAMBURGERS EVER
No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste. Baste frequently with your favorite barbeque sauce. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape.

- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands. Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.

HAMBURGERS WITH BROWN GRAVY (TOTAL COMFORT FOOD AKA "MEAT CAKES" :)
These are sooooo great (and EZ)! I grew up eating these about once a week and they are incredible with mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles and a veggie. While this recipe is basically my mom's, I have changed one thing...instead of using chopped onion in the burgers, I use an envelope of onion soup mix...it gives them the PERFECT flavor! This is now one of my family's favorite meals...try it and it will probably become one of your's, too. P.S. These burgers also work for grilling (without the gravy :).

- Combine ground beef, bread, soup mix, salt, pepper, ketchup, garlic powder, parsley and eggs in a large bowl until well mixed.
- Prepare each burger with approx 1/3 cup of meat mixture and form into patties about 1/2 inch thick.
- Heat a 12" skillet over med-high heat and fry burgers for about 5 minutes on each side, until they are almost done.
- Remove burgers to a plate and discard all but about a tablespoon of drippings from skillet.
- Lower heat under skillet and prepare brown gravy with water in a bowl or measuring cup; slowly pour into skillet, stirring constantly, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom.
- When gravy has thickened, place burgers back in the pan and cover.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until burgers are done.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and worcestershire sauce into the ground beef and make 4 large patties, or 6 regular sized patties. We recommend making flatter and larger sized patties, as they would shrink while cooking.
- Heat oil in a skillet (preferably cast iron) over medium high heat and cook the patties until browned to your liking on both sides and the internal temperature reaches 160°F. Plate them out.
- In the same pan, add in a little more oil, if required, and sauté chopped onions till golden brown. Stir in sliced mushrooms and sauté till soft.
- Add in beef stock along with worcestershire sauce and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry. Mix 1 Tbsp cornstarch with 2 Tbsp water and slowly stir it into the gravy. Stir till the gravy thickens up. Remove from heat.
- Fry the sunny side eggs to doneness you like. We like the egg whites cooked with the yolk still little runny.
- Plate Loco Moco in a bowl or plate by placing some rice, followed by the burger patty on top. Pour gravy all over the burger patty. Place the egg on top (you can serve it with one or two eggs per portion) and garnish with chopped scallions and parsley.
HAMBURGERS WITH A KICK
These are the juciest hamburgers ever! I've combined a few different recipes between meatloaf, meatballs, and plain old hamburgers. I've left out some measurements due to most of it is left up to your taste. Make sure that you've got a nice sized bowl to mix all of your ingredients in. (I use a big mixing bowl for mine)

- Put ground meat in mixing bowl (I've found that it's easiest to form the ground meat into the shape of the bowl).
- Add the egg, and spread a thin layer of bread crumbs (enough to JUST cover the meat). Do the same with all of the rest of the seasonings (season salt, garlic, onion, parsley, McCormick Seasoning). Be sure to only put a LIGHT layer of spices. (You can always add a little more if you need to).
- I don't measure my BBQ sauce or the Ranch Dressing, but I only pour enough to make a straight line across the bowl (If I had to measure I'd say MAYBE an eighth of a cup).
- Add your tobasco, and mix all together. If your mixture isn't quite firm enough, add a little more bread crumbs).
- Your mixture should be a little moist, but not so that it sticks to your hands.
- Form into pattys and throw on the grill. Cook to desired temperature I normally let mine on med for about 15 minutes and they are thoroughally cooked and just right.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheese, bbq sauce, and seasonings. Don't add too much bbq sauce or the patties will have a hard time taking shape. Shape patties that are about 1 inch thick (about 5 patties). (You can also freeze the patties after shaping them for about 1 hour to help them hold their shape.)
- Turn grill up to high and let it get hot.
- Reduce heat to medium-high and place the burgers on the grill. Allow this side of the patty to cook for about 4-6 minutes, but make sure it does not burn. Then flip the burger over and cook until done.
- For the sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Taste and adjust ingredients to your liking.
- Assemble the burgers and serve with the special sauce and other hamburger toppings of choice.
