Ingredients

2-12 count Hawaiian dinner rolls
2 lbs. shaved Virgina ham (not honey ham)
12 slices swiss cheese
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worchestire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. dried onions
3/4 cup butter
Poppy seeds (optional)

Steps:

You will need 2 13x9 pans. Split rolls in half and place bottom half in pan. Place 2 slices of ham on the rolls. Cut the slices of cheese into quarters and place 2 quarters on top of ham. Place tops back on dinner rolls. In small saucepan, mix butter, mustard, dried onions, and worchestire sauce until butter melts. Pour this mixture over rolls, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, uncover sandwiches and bake 15-20 minutes.

1 tablespoon worcestershire
2 tablespoons prepared dijon-style mustard
2 (12 ounce) white party rolls or hawaiian rolls
1/2 pound shredded ham
5 ounces swiss cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together, butter, poppy seeds, worcestershire, dijon mustard. Slice rolls in half and spread bottoms and tops with butter mixture. Top each roll with ham and swiss. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Bake (covered so tops of rolls don't get too browned) for 10 to 12 minutes.

¾ cup melted butter
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoons poppy seeds
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
24 mini sandwich rolls
1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion. Separate the tops from bottoms of the rolls, and place the bottom pieces into the prepared baking dish. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls. Arrange the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with remaining ham slices in a layer. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. Pour the mustard mixture evenly over the rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.

Spray 9x13" pan with non-stick spray. Using a serrated knife cut the rolls in half, keeping them in their "slab" form. Remove the "tops" of the rolls and set aside. Gently tear the rolls into four columns.
Place the ham slices evenly over the bottom of the rolls, then repeat with the cheese. Replace the tops on the rolls, set aside to make the sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan.Once melted, add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and brown sugar. Whisk well, bringing to a simmer for 30 seconds until thickens slightly and bubbly.
Pour sauce evenly over the rolls, lifting them to allow the sauce to get under the rolls. Spray a piece of foil with non-stick spray and seal rolls tightly, refrigerating for four hours or longer.
