- Decarb Cannabis:
- Grind, manicure and decarboxylate cannabis in an oven safe dish in an oven preheated to 250° F for 25 minutes.
- Infuse Oil
- Combine the decarbed cannabis, crumbles rosin chips (if using), Sunflower (Or soy) lecithin and coconut oil in oven safe container and mix. Cover, put in a water bath and place in oven still set at 250° F for 2 hours. (Remove and stir halfway through.)
- Remove the oil from oven and let cool for a couple minutes then strain the oil through a fine mesh strainer or filter. Press the oil out of the cannabis. Measure out ¼ cup for the recipe.
- Make Gummies
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the water and the infused oil and whisk together as you bring it to a boil.
- Whisk in each container of the unflavored gelatin one at a time while continuing to whisk.
- Whisk in the flavored gelatin and keep stirring for about 5 minutes and bring to a rolling boil.
- Mold Gummies
- Reduce heat to low, spray molds with cooking spray. Fill each mold to the top with a dropper or spoon. Keep stirring your mix periodically.
- Place molds in freezer for 20 minutes or fridge for an hour to firm up.
- Unmold the candies to enjoy right away or store in airtight containers for 2 - 3 days at room temperature. Freeze for extended storage.

- If you haven't already, puree your fruit of choice in a small food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over no heat, add the water or juice.
- Evenly sprinkle the gelatin over the liquid. Set aside, do not stir, and allow it to stand, or "bloom" for 2 minutes.
- After standing for 2 minutes, place the saucepan over medium-low heat. The mixture will be very thick at this point.
- Allow the mixture to become liquified. Once liquid, gently stir the mixture until it reaches a temperature of 165°F. Turn off the heat.
- Pour the reserved fruit purée into the liquid gelatin, whisking well.
- Add the lemon juice, concentrate you are using, and flavoring oils (if using), and stir the mixture well until all ingredients are well combined.
- Working quickly using a small pipette, fill your mold with the mixture.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove the molds from the refrigerator and count how many total gummies you have made. This will help you determine how many milligrams of CBD or THC are in each gummy.
- Carefully pop the gummies out of the mold.
- Leave the gummies to air dry for 24 hours or store the gummies immediately in the refrigerator or freezer.

This no-fail recipe for cannabis gummies made with oil is the perfect recipe for delicious cannabis-infused gummies that do not sweat or separate once prepared.

- Prepare your workstation before getting started; this recipe moves quickly. Gather your equipment and measure out your ingredients. Place your gummy molds on baking trays, so they don't flop when being moved.
- In a small bowl, add ½ cup of water or juice. Stir the unflavored gelatin into the liquid. This is called blooming the gelatin. The mixture will become very thick. Set aside.
- Next, prepare a double boiler by putting one cup of water in the bottom pan. Add the top pan and place over medium-high heat. Once near boiling, turn the heat to low and let simmer.
- Add the cannabis oil (or cannabutter) and lecithin to the top of the double boiler. Allow butter or oil to melt as needed, and then whisk to incorporate. Leave over low heat while working on the next step.
- In a separate small saucepan on the stove, add the remaining ½ cup of water or juice. Turn the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the lemon juice or mold inhibitor and the Jello packet to the hot liquid. Whisk well to dissolve. Turn off the heat.
- Carefully and slowly, pour the Jello mixture into the double boiler that contains the melted oil (or cannabutter) and lecithin. Whisk consistently until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Take the reserved bowl of bloomed gelatin and add it to the double boiler.
- Add your desired amount for flavoring oil drops.
- Whisk consistently for 10 minutes, ensuring no clumps form. This step is very important! You can use an immersion blender to speed up the process if desired.
- Working quickly, using a squeeze bottle, pipette, or piston funnel, add the gummy mixture to your gummy molds of choice.
- Allow the filled molds to sit and set for at least 30 minutes at room temperature or in the refrigerator before attempting to remove the gummies from the molds.
- Carefully remove the gummies from the molds. Decide whether you want to store them in the fridge immediately or allow them to air dry.
- If air drying, place the gummies in a single later on a wire baking rack. Allow the gummies to dry at room temperature for 24-72 hours, depending on your texture preferences. *See air drying notes below.
- If you plan to add sugar or citric acid to your gummies, do so after they have been fully air-dried. Do not try to do this immediately after they come out of the molds, they will melt.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy!

- Add the water, cannabis-infused coconut oil, and sunflower/soy lecithin to the pot and place on the stove on low heat.
- Stir until the oil is completely melted and the mixture has a consistent texture. Add in the flavored and unflavored gelatin, stirring constantly.
- Keep on low heat for 10-15 min until the gelatin is dissolved, making sure to constantly whisk the mixture and make sure it does not come to a boil.
- Using a fine-mesh strainer, strain mixture to catch any lumps of undissolved gelatin and impurities.
- Use a dropper to fill the gummy molds one by one, and do so quickly so that the liquid doesn't cool and begin to separate. Make sure to double back and stir the rest of the mixture frequently so it doesn't harden.
- Once the mold is full, put the gummies in the freezer for 20-25 minutes.
