Ingredients

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 small clove garlic, minced
Pinch of sugar
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

Steps:

Combine the vinegar, mustard, oregano, garlic, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a jar. Cover and shake until combined. Add the olive oil, cover and shake again until smooth. (The dressing will keep, refrigerated, up to 1 week.)

1/2 cup low sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon organic Italian herb spice blend
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
dash of oregano
dash of celery salt
pepper to taste

Steps:

Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes to combine flavors. Remove from heat, chill, and serve as a dressing or use as a marinade.

1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
3/4 cup olive oil

Steps:

Place the first 11 ingredients in a blender. Cover and process until pureed. While processing, gradually add oil in a steady stream. Refrigerate leftovers.
