Steps:

In a mixing bowl combine powdered milk, sugar, coffee creamer and instant coffee granules. Store in an air tight container.
To prepare beverage, stir 2 to 3 teaspoons of mix into 1 cup of hot water.

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. To prepare 1 serving, stir 3 tablespoons mix into 6 oz. hot water.

1 jar (8 ounces) powdered French Vanilla nondairy creamer
1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup instant coffee granules
EACH SERVING:
1 cup hot water
Sweetened whipped cream and baking cocoa

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months., Yield: 16 servings (4 cups total)., To prepare cappuccino: Place 1/4 cup mix in a coffee mug. To prepare, place 2 tablespoons mix in a mug, pour in 3/4 cup boiling water, and stir until dissolved. Serve hot.

I made this one year when I was in college and low on money. I put the mix into one of those cool self-sealing jars you use for canning, arranging the ingredients in layers for visual interest. Baked some cookies and bought an artist coffee cup, place them all in a small basket and submitted for a secret santa. Got rave reviews! I haven't been able to find the recipe since and just came across it recently so I thought I would post :).

1 cup instant coffee creamer
1 cup instant chocolate drink mix
2/3 cup instant coffee crystals, regular or 2/3 cup instant coffee crystals, decaffeinated
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps:

Combine creamer, drink mix (I used instant hot chocolate), coffee crystals, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and mix well. Store in airtight container.
Makes 3 cups dry mix, 15 servings.
To prepare one serving, add 3 tablespoons mix to 6 ounces of hot water and stir well.
